For anyone who desires to quiet the mind. This meditation class offers breath awareness techniques, pranayama, and chakra meditations. Learn to let go of the mind and deepen into your heart space.

Meditation takes place in the Sacred Garden space in Ma’s private corral (entrance by the office).

Stay for Community Yoga at 9AM - bring a mat, towel and water.
