Find ?the One? at H.A.L.O. this month! Help H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue CLEAR THE SHELTER! To help find more loving homes for the Rescues, an anonymous donor has generously agreed to sponsor all of the animals at H.A.L.O. For the entire month of February, all adoption fees are waived!
