We know that pregnancy can be an exciting but also isolating time. We know that self-care and community are integrally important to your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Join a small group of other expectant mamas for this nine-week series.
Together we will check in on each other, discuss pregnancy-related topics and end with a guided meditation or visualization. Topics include: explaining the difference between PMAD's symptoms vs. "typical" perinatal distress, discuss PMAD's risk factors, protecting your mental health, planning for postpartum and beyond, building a village of support, sharing positive birth stories and more.
